Your responsibilities:
Monitoring reviews on sites, platforms and social networks;
Answers to customers in a polite and professional manner;
Transferring requests to relevant departments (logistics, service, support);
Analyzing recurring problems and preparing short reports;
Monitoring so that each client receives an answer.
