We are looking for a detail oriented Review & Reputation Manager, which will maintain a positive brand image on the main feedback platforms. Duties:

• Collaboration with the team to develop feedback strategies;

• Creation and administration of company accounts on feedback platforms;

• Searching for contractors and developing high-quality specifications for them;

• Control of the quality and quantity of feedback publications;

• Maintenance of reporting and financial accounting for publications and interactions with reviews.

What is required of you:

• Basic knowledge in reputation management or working with reviews;

• Experience with feedback platforms;

• Knowledge of the English language at level B1 and above;

• Attention to details and the ability to work with a large amount of information.
