Charitable organization Salvation Angels Charitable Foundation is looking for a Facilitator for its team. Your work will have a significant impact on the lives of families affected by the hostilities in Ukraine and in need of assistance.

Requirements:

• Management of grant programs
• Working with applications and evaluation
• Budgeting and financial literacy
• Tracking the progress of implementation of activities
• Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets (tables, formulas, filters)
• Working with Google Drive / SharePoint
• Using online forms to collect applications (Google Forms, Kobo, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Support of grantees who will be financed within the scope of the project
• Monitoring, collection of reports from grantees
• Communication with local authorities, initiative communities, NGOs, BO.
• Working with primary accounting documentation
• Working with representatives of communities and administration
• Organization and holding of offline and online informative meetings according to the project
• Tracking the progress of implementation of supported initiatives
• Support of communication between the Fund and grantees
• Identifying risks in the implementation of mini-grants
