Functional duties:

• Introducing the counterparty to the ABC B2 system;
• Checking of the counterparty;
• Working with invoices, acts, contracts;
• Working with customers of external training;
• Working with the market of training and personnel development services;
• Formulating the budget, controlling the use of funds for external training and reporting upon request by division;
• Participating in project work on external training;
• Developing procedures and updating templates;
• Collection of needs for subscription publications;
• Organization of subscription and payment for professional publications (Literature) - the procedure is similar to external training (working with a counterparty, establishing a new counterparty in B2, Service for payment coordination, Account + Act in KDO).
