External Procurement Manager (NPI Bayer) in PAS UKRAYiNA, TzOV

PAS Ukraine company is looking for a candidate for the position of "Purchasing Manager (NPI Bayer)" in Ivano-Frankivsk. We are looking for a candidate with experience in a similar position or with a strong desire to learn and develop.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Education: higher (logistics, economics, finance)
• Experience in programs: PC (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), SAP (will be an advantage).
• Required personal qualities: responsibility, analytical mindset, attention to details , motivation and dedication to work, the ability to plan and set priorities, the ability to work with large amounts of information, stress resistance, the ability to defend one's position.
• Understanding the process procurement on the international market.
• Experience in conducting negotiations.
• Knowledge of the English language at a high level.

Job duties:

< li>Participation in online meetings and negotiations for the purchase of components on the market.
• Search for new components at the request of engineers to obtain the best purchase terms.
• Agreement and signing of contracts with new suppliers.
• Interact with PAS Global Procurement Team.
• Work closely with Finance and Engineering within forecasting.
• Identifies alternative sources of critical components as necessary.
• Prompt and early resolution and/or escalation of delivery, supplier performance, quality or cost issues.
• Solving work and crisis situations with supplies.
• Constant monitoring and analysis of the market with the aim of expanding the range of suppliers, attracting innovations, new ideas.
• Search for alternative suppliers.
