We are expanding our external player support agent for RAID: Shadow Legends, a collectible MMORPG in a dark fantasy setting .

The audience of the project is more than 81 million players. They participate in PvE and PvP battles, build their own collection of over 800 unique heroes, and win victories for the clan in team battles. The game is available on iOS, Android and PC/Mac.

The position involves training for 8 weeks, from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Kyiv time (GMT+3).

After the end of training, the schedule is variable 21:30-06:00 Kyiv time (GMT+3) and may change during the night hours.

For this vacancy, it is important to have Ukrainian citizenship or a permit to work in Ukraine.

You will

• investigate game situations and answer user questions via email or chat in the Zendesk environment;
• process bug reports and compile technical reports;
• interact with a team of developers, testers and game designers.

We expect from you

• knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above;
• fluency in Ukrainian;
• effective communication skills and understanding of the principles of communication with clients;
• desire to work in a team;
• time management skills and the ability to work in multitasking mode;
• having Ukrainian citizenship or a permit to work in Ukraine.

Will be an advantage

• gaming experience in the MMORPG genre;
• knowledge of the specifics of software testing and understanding of the principles of forming bug reports.
