Keyand tasks:

• Preparation of draft transactions for credit projects (credit agreements, security agreements (pledges, sureties, mortgages);
• Approval and processing of the package of documents necessary for the conclusion of transactions for credit projects based on the decision of the collegial body;
• Communication with borrowers and specialized services at the stage of coordination of draft transactions and a package of documents;
• Conclusion of the contractual basis with borrowers;
• Formation of a credit case at the conclusion stage. 

This position requires:

• higher economic education (can be legal);
• experience in the preparation and conclusion of credit, leasing, overdraft agreements and security agreements (guarantees, pledges, mortgages);
• < span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">knowledge of banking legislation.
