Task: Study, Analysis , Systematization and documentation experience in the introduction of integrated social services for families and children united territorial communities of the Volyn region. - To study and analyze the available documentation for the assessment of social services in target communities, the introduction and strengthening of intersector interaction in the provision of services to families with children, planning, budgeting and implementation of new social services within the minimum package of integrated social Services according to needs;
- Develop a methodology and tools for studying effective models and best practices introduced in the project;
- conduct surveys of stakeholders and analyze the results;
- to prepare and agree with the donor structure and meaningful filling of management for persons who make decisions in the OTG on the implementation and development of social services in the community. to systematize the annexes to the management and development of social services, such as templates of the necessary documents and tools;
- to present a presentation and discussion with the interested parties of the project to approve conclusions and recommendations;
- finalize documents, according to agreements with the donor and interested parties.
Requirements:
- Higher education (social work or other relevant industries);
- experience of analyzing and systematizing the best practices;
- Understanding the social sphere, and in particular, the areas of integrated social services for families and children; , reports;
- System thinking;
- The ability to work effectively both independently and in a team;
- skills in creating unique content in compliance with the principles of academic integr l>
- Ability to simply, briefly and clearly provide complex information, focusing on the main; :
- UMPD concludes a contract for the provision of services with an individual entrepreneur of the 3rd group;
