Expert/-k for providing support services for the Project of digital transformation of the Egap program in Vinnytsia region in Fond Shidna Evropa

Project is implemented in 3 areas of activity:

1. Study of the state of digital readiness of communities (hereinafter referred to as digital audit)
3. Development of digital development strategies. OMS. FONT-WIGHT: 400 "> Duties are envisaged within three parallel directions of the project. FONT-Weight: 400 "> Expert task

   within the framework of the study state of digital readiness of communities (digital audit):

   • interaction with OMS (including CNAP, but not exclusively) on digital audits. Explanation of digital audit goals, discussing the algorithm of its conduct. FONT-Weight: 400 "> within the framework of development of digital community development strategies and UMS Informatization programs:
     • interaction with OMS (including CNAP), as well as public organizations, business representatives, and other stakeholders. audits, formation of strategies of digital community development and OMS Informatization programs
     • ConductingInterviews/ interviews/ focus groups with interested communities in communities (public employees, educators, entrepreneurs, activists, etc.) to identify digital needs of locals.        • Basic awareness in the field of digital transformation, administrative services, experience of using electronic services; socio-economic situation in the region, experience of interaction with representatives of the authorities;
       • fluency in Ukrainian, literacy;
       • Mobility: The ability to be in touch, a willingness to go within the region;
       • Experience in the projects related to community development, digitalization will be an advantage.
