Expert/-k for providing support services for a digital transformation of the Egap program in Sumy region in Fond Shidna Evropa

within the framework of the study state of digital readiness of communities (digital audit):

• Interaction with OMS (including CNAP, but not exclusively) for digital audits; explaining the goals of digital audit, discussing the algorithm of its conduct;
• Coordination of filling in a digital audit questionnaire according to the developed research methodology and transmission of their coordinator Egap. FONT-Weight: 400 "> within the framework of development of digital community development strategies and UMS Informatization programs:
  • interaction with OMS (including CNAP), as well as public organizations, business representatives, and other stakeholders; audits, formation of strategies of digital development of communities and programs of informatization of OMS;l>
  • conducting surveys/ interviews/ focus groups with interested communities in communities (public employees, educators, entrepreneurs, activists, etc.) to identify digital needs Strategies for community digital development;
  • Coordination of development of projects of information programs of Informatization of OMS and adoption in accordance with the legislation; style = "font-weight: 400"> Promotion of initiative among community residents through local media and social networks;
  • Regular reporting on the implementation of projects before the EGAP program and nding programs; style = "font-weight: 400"> participation in the coordination meetings of the project.     requirements for candidate/-k:

    • Basic awareness in the field of digital transformation, administrative services, experience of using electronic services; socio-economic situation in the region, experience of interaction with representatives of the authorities;
    • fluency in Ukrainian, literacy;
    • Mobility: The ability to be in touch, a willingness to go within the region;
    • Experience in the projects related to community development, digitalization will be an advantage.
