The International Charitable Fund Caritas of Ukraine is looking for a Expert in the program "Social protection and protection of human rights" to join its team. normal; font-weight: 400">Conducting working meetings, trainings and supervisions for specialists of local Caritas organizations of Ukraine according to the schedule and request.Collection of data on training needs and provision of such training internally or with the involvement of external specialists.Participation in the development and adaptation of methodologies, guidelines, training materials, tools, SOPs and other documentation in accordance with the requirements of projects, recommendations of the Protection cluster, local context.Conducting presentations of program activities to specialists of Caritas of Ukraine, local organizations, the Protection cluster, external stakeholders.Providing expert consultations to local organizations on humanitarian issues, as well as on the development of social services, including issues related to the implementation of pilot projects of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.Providing consultations to project managers on the integration of program activities into project activities and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.Analyzing data, preparing short reports on changes in the situation in the field of Defense and public social services and providing proposals for covering gaps with program activities.Cooperation and participation in focused cluster meetings with representatives of other partners and stakeholders.Conducting monitoring visits to local organizations.Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of social work, psychology, law, public administration or other humanitarian or social sciences.
- Experience of working in humanitarian organizations with large teams in the field of protection, social services.
- Experience of working in the field of humanitarian response and/or social protection and social services.
- Skills in working with computer programs, in particular Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledge of languages: Ukrainian - fluent, English - B2 (will be an advantage).
Necessary knowledge and professional skills:
- Knowledge of the principles and approaches of humanitarian response in the field of Protection.
- Understanding the national system of social services of Ukraine.
- Ability to clearly and effectively convey information to various audiences.
- Ability to establish contact, listen and understand the needs of others, to motivate.
- Ability to conduct informative presentations for various targets groups.
- Ability to provide support and help to other team members.
- Ability to constructively resolve conflict situationsii.
