SC "Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights" is looking for a trainer for the Project "Minimum package of integrated social services for families with children". to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of ensuring children's rights.

Tasks: development of an action plan to increase the resource capacity and personnel potential of the local system of providing social services, introduce the latest methods and forms of social work, ensure innovative approaches to the administration of social service processes with the involvement of service recipients in the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the quality of social services services;

  • Conduct online meetings and provide technical support to target communities of the Kharkiv region (Blyznyuki, Izyum, Zmiiv) develop an action plan to increase the resource capacity and personnel potential of the local system of providing social services, introduce the latest methods and forms of social work, provide innovative approaches to the administration of social service processes with the involvement of service recipients in planning, monitoring and evaluating the quality of social service provision;
  • Conduct, with if necessary, surveying the Project's target communities to identify the most common problems in the communities;
  • Preparation of reporting documentation based on the results of the work and coordination of the developed plan with the target communities of the Kharkiv region.
  • Requirements for the candidate(s):

    • higher education in the relevant field;
    • experience of working in the social sphere for at least 10 years;
    • awareness in the field of protection of children's rights;
    • knowledge of legislation in the field of protection of children's rights and social protection of the population;
    • experience of working with families with children, with families in difficult life circumstances, and working with socially vulnerable groups population;
    • understanding of the specifics of the work of children's services, centers of social services and social protection;
    • experience of working in the sector of non-governmental organizations is an additional advantage;
    • ability to work in a team;
    • ability to communicate effectively with representatives of various departments, professional groups of different levels, with experts in other fields (law, finance, housing and others);
    • ability to identify stakeholders and determine their positions;
    • trust and self-confidence, as well as the ability totake it from others;
    • ability to work with databases, prepare reporting documents.

    Working conditions:

    • UMPD concludes a contract for the provision of services with an individual entrepreneur of the 3rd groups;
    • partly remote format of work;

    • payment amount based on the results of the interview.
