ROKADA BF within the framework of the EMPOWER project is looking for an Expert in the development and improvement of feedback systems, complaint handling and response (FCRM / AAP), FOP

Main tasks:

• Evaluation of current FCRM mechanisms, preparation of gap analysis and road map.

• Development and updating of policies, SOP and FCRM tools.

• Implementation of a multi-channel feedback system taking into account availability and security.

• Training and support of the team and partners on AAP/FCRM and PSEA issues.

• Monitoring, analysis of appeals, preparation of regular reports.

Requirements:

• Higher education.

• AAP/FCRM experience (preferably in the humanitarian or community sector).

• Understanding of PSEA principles, privacy and data protection.

• Analytical, reporting and data management skills deadlines.

• Strong communication skills.

• Availability of FOP (group 3), or willingness to register in a short time frame
