Your key tasks in the position:

• modeling and description of business processes, identification of "bottlenecks", duplication of functions, inefficiencies or potential risks in processes;
• development of detailed models of business processes "as is" (as-is) and "as it should be" (to-be ) with the help of specialized tools;
• formation/development of regulatory documents, conducting interviews, data collection, construction of the RASCI matrix and coordination of regulatory documents with business process participants;
• maintaining the relevance of the business process model, a repository of business processes;
• support and support of employees in the process of describing business processes, consultation on process management standards and methodology for describing business processes, existing internal regulations and procedures;
• formation of proposals for optimization of business processes.

To be successful in the position, you will need: 

• experience in modeling and description of business processes in various directions from 2 years;
• skills and experience in developing structured internal documentation (regulations, instructions, procedures);< /li>
• mastery of MS Office, Visio, BPMN;
• ability to analyze data, qualitatively structure information, identify opportunities to improve processes;
• ability to work in cross-functional teams teams and effectively build communications, create constructive interaction;
• communicability, proactivity and attention to details.
