A financial manager in consulting provides operational management of financial support for the company's clients.
The main purpose of the position is to build, maintain and support client management records, timely reporting, correct financial data and analytics for making management decisions. by client business owners.

Who we are looking for:

1. Full-time financier (up to 4 clients)
   Workload: 30-40 hours per month per client
   Bonus: $600 per 1st client
   Manage up to 4 clients at the same time
   
   

2. High Level Part-Time Financial Expert
   Flexible schedule: 10 hours per week to 40 hours per week, as clients come in
   Pay: $600 to $2,400 per month depending on workload
   Managing 1-2 clients to start with potential to move to full time employment

Main tasks and functions:

1. Construction and maintenance of management accounting of clients

• Systematization of financial data of clients

• Maintenance of management accounting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) according to the company's methodology

• Update of financial tables

• Control of the correctness of income, expenses, cash flows

2. Preparation of reporting

• Formation of regular management reporting (week / month)

• Preparation of plan-fact analysis and explanations of deviations

• Preparation of data for financial dashboards and presentations

• Ensuring timely provision of reports

3. Interaction with clients

• Communication with clients on the collection and clarification of financial data

• Control of compliance with clients' financial discipline

• Fixation of agreements and requests of clients in work systems

4. Internal processes of the company

• Adherence to regulations, standards and consulting methodology

• Management of clients in the established support format

• Filling in internal reporting and task tracking

• Participation in internal planners, training and analysis of cases

Basic robot toolsи:

• Excel / Google Sheets

• Financial templates and company models

• BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio — as needed)

• CRM and internal task management systems

• Regulations and consulting methodology

• Knowledge of management accounting and financial reporting

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Understanding of business financial indicators

• Ability to work with several clients at the same time
