About your new job:

Expert in personnel administration plays a key role in ensuring effective management of the Company's personnel processes. This position involves keeping records of personnel, registration of acceptance, transfer and dismissal of employees, as well as managing their personal files in accordance with legislation and internal regulations. Working with HR documents, maintaining employment records, overseeing leave and administration are part of your daily tasks.

 You can be successful in this role if:
 

  • You will keep records of the personnel of the enterprise and its divisions in accordance with the unified forms of primary accounting documentation;  
  • You will formalize the acceptance, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation, regulations, instructions and orders of the head of the enterprise;  
  • Form and manage personal files of employees, make changes related to their work activities;  
  • You will fill in, record and keep work books, determine work experience, prepare certificates about current and past work activities of employees;   
  • You will keep records of the granting of vacations to employees, monitor compliance with schedules of regular vacations, and draw up orders on the granting of vacations;  
  • Will draw up other personnel documents as needed;  
  • You will work in 1C:8 (Payroll and personnel), SAP and Workday. 

Our new team members have:

  • Higher education;
  • Work experience from 2 years in a large international company (preferably in the field of FMCG or manufacturing);
  • Good command of the 1C:8 program (salary and HR);
  • Intermediate level of English (will be an advantage) ;
  • Resistance to stress, customer orientation and friendliness;
  • Willingness to work with a large amount of information;
  • Attention to details and high responsibility;
  • Confident PC proficiency (MS Office).
