International Charitable Fund "Caritas of Ukraine" (CU)announces a competition for the vacant position of Expert for < strong>Programs Inclusion

Main Responsibilities:

? Participation in program meetings and coordination meetings of Caritas of Ukraine; 

? Organization and coordination of meetings with managers and teams of inclusive spaces of Local Organizations; 

? Coordination with the Cluster, international and national organizations, the Government of Ukraine, local and regional authorities, as well as with other interested parties at the request of the program manager; 

? Planning and coordination of events with implementation of standards of activity of inclusive spaces, monitoring of their implementation; 

? Development of methodologies, standard operating procedures, materials for program activities and Inclusive Spaces; 

? Gathering information about current needs Inclusive spaces, development of solutions to problems; 

?    Participation in adaptation of the assessment inclusive and barrier-free services; 

? Coordination and quality control of provision inclusive and barrier-free services, and providing recommendations for improvement; 

? Expert support of local organizations /span>

Requirements:

?   Full higher education 

?   Experience in effective communication 

? 3 years of experience (In the field of persons with disabilities and their family members)

? Experience in social work, special education, psychology

? Experience in proeactivity. 

Knowledge and skills required:

? The ability to find solutions in difficult situations. 

?    Sociability. 

? Ability to plan and focus effectively on achieving results

? Ability to present information and facilitate group processes

? Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills

?    Ability to work in a team and cooperate with colleagues to achieve common goals. 

? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to be completed within the specified time. 

? Ability to work independently and take decisions within established procedures and policies.
