Our client is an international pharmaceutical company. Executive Director will  make a significant impact after joining the company in the successful and long-term development of the company. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company’s strategic plan, focusing on market expansion, contract negotiations, and product development in Ukraine and abroadIdentify and capitalize on new market opportunities  in order to scale the businessManagement and development of the company's portfolioGuide the development and launch of new products tailored to the needs of the local marketsOversee the negotiation and management of key contracts to maximize profitability and secure long-term partnershipsDrive initiatives that support the company’s ongoing investment in its development QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of senior management experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industryHigher education in medicine or pharmaceuticalsDeep understanding of the political and regulatory environments in Ukraine and abroad Product portfolio management skills (Rx and OTC), successful launch of new productsAbility to ensure commercial effectiveness measured by sales, profits, and achieving strategic goalsHigh level of cultural sensitivity, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards Developed entrepreneurial skills with a strong interest in implementing new projectsEnglish language - advanced level Founded in 1946, Boyden was the very first executive search firm.
