We are looking for a talented and experienced Operations Director who will directly participate in taking the business to the next level through process optimization, online scaling and productivity improvement.

Understanding the principles of the retail network

Operative management of the retail network, ensuring the fulfillment of financial and economic indicators;

Analysis of the main performance indicators, development and implementation of measures aimed at achieving the set goals;

Analysis, planning and budgeting;

Implementation and control of the implementation of corporate standards and network activity procedures;

Ensuring interaction between the structural divisions of the company;

p>Preparation, maintenance and analysis of reports;

Recruitment and personnel management, formation of an effective team,

Skills to work with the motivation of subordinates.

Work experience of at least 3 years

Experience in online sales management will be an advantage

Ability to control through control points

Orientation for continuous development and improvement

System approach to process management, strategic thinking.
