Executive Director in Eco.prof.cosmetics

The company "Eco.prof.cosmetics" is a manufacturer of professional cosmetics for the face, body and hair. 

Our mission is to create professional products that care for the beauty and health of our customers "available to every Ukrainian woman".

In connection with the expansion of business we are looking for a candidate for the position of Executive Director in our company in the city of Kyiv.

What you will do:

- Develop and implement company development strategies; participate in exhibitions, look for partners; organize offline events as needed.

- Manage all marketing processes and the marketing team; analyze the effectiveness of marketing companies; look for contractors if necessary.

- Monitor the remaining goods in the inventory system and order containers, labels, cosmetics in a timely manner;

- Coordinate the work of the team and ensure a high level of interaction between departments.< /p>

Required experience:

- Experience in a managerial position in the food industry for at least 1 year;

- High communication and personnel management skills;

- Knowledge of basic marketing metrics;

- Ability to make strategic decisions and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to resolve conflict situations .
