and London PR Lab is a fast-growing PR and Marketing agency based in London, providing a full range of professional services and bespoke solutions to help companies deliver good news, share unique stories, and unleash their full potential by promoting brands and services to global audiences.

We are expanding our operations in Europe and looking for an experienced Events/Marketing Manager in UK or Poland or Ukraine to organise and promote tech events in EU and UK

Our partners: Google for Startups CEE, AmCham Ukraine, DiiaCity.United, UVCA and others

London — Hybrid/Remote

Languages: English, Ukrainian (Polish is a plus)

As an Events/Marketing manager, you will:

Develop a growth-oriented product strategy and vision for Tech related events

Manage and increase event gross profit via sponsorship search

Propose and implement successful and best practice tech event models

Research, coordinate, and deliver high-quality conference content

Act as the lead Project Manager for each conference/event

Drive innovation and launch new tech-focused products

Create project plans for the creation and delivery of each conference/event

Structure conference/event programs to enhance interaction and sharing

Drive event narrative, identify speakers, sponsors and industry experts

Deliver in-person and on-site support (domestic and international travel)

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:

2-3+ years of experience in Tech based conference management

Strong research and project management skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Proactive, engaging, and professional attitude

Willingness to learn and freedom to travel

Intellectually curious

Effective collaboration and negotiation skills
