You are our ideal candidate if:

• Active and ideational;
• You have experience with Canva, Send Pulse, Google docs;
• Communicative, creative and competently write texts;
• Attentive to details and responsible;
• Mobile and ready for various non-standard tasks;
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop will be an advantage.

Your future tasks:

• Planning and writing greeting letters;
• Organization of company holidays (communication with team leader and HR, communication with contractors, payment, calculation budget);
• Searching, choosing, packing/sending gifts for anniversaries and holidays;
• Creating a design for greeting cards with professional holidays;
• Working with tables ( monitoring of anniversaries and birthdays of contractors, budget formation).
