We are looking for event organizers on a volunteer basis!

Requirements , wishes: 

• Demonstration of the values ​​of RVN (Robimo Vam Nervy"), namely: public communication in Odesa - in the Ukrainian language, the space is made in the Ukrainian national context, against violations of language legislation; li>

• Proactive learning and activity;

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Development of the event concept (topic, format, purpose).

• Preparation of the program and timeline.

• Reconciliation of the budget

• Location search and reservation

• Selection and coordination of suppliers (if necessary).

• Inviting speakers, presenters. Coordination of inviting visitors with marketing

• Event script development

• Participant registration organization.

• Coordination of work of the team, volunteers and partners.

• Support of the event in real time, prompt resolution of problems.

• Control of compliance with timing.

• Collection of feedback and preparation of the report after the event.

• Analysis of results and conclusions for future activities.

• Introduction of new formats.< /span>

• Use of online/hybrid platforms events.
