And now we are looking for an Event Marketing Manager with experience in organizing and conducting online events such as webinars and online conferences. The main goal is to attract new customers, potential partners and increase brand awareness. We are looking for a person who can take responsibility, work on several tasks at the same time and can act effectively independently. At the same time, you will have the support of a team: a PPC specialist, a UI/UX designer and other specialists. Your skills: Hard skills: More than 3 years of experience in the field of marketing. In-depth knowledge of lead generation channels. Experience in organizing and conducting online events no less 1 year (conferences, webinars) and preferably offline events (conferences, webinars, business breakfasts, etc.). Experience in creating landing pages, presentations and technical tasks for design or content. Confident user of Google Analytics and Google Spreadsheets. Understanding of the basics of working with email marketing tools. Knowledge of English at the B1 level for communication with contractors. Soft skills: Attention. You are able to notice details and know how to focus on the task without making mistakes. Structure. You know how to effectively organize work, clearly plan tasks and processes, organize information for easy access and control. Communication skills. You know how to convey information clearly, find a common language with different people. Proactivity. Able to take responsibility for new ideas and proposals, to be active in solving problems without external stimulus. Purposefulness. You know how to finish what you started, overcoming obstacles. Self-organization. You can work in multitasking conditions without the need for constant reminders or micromanagement. What you need to do: Launch online events (webinars, conferences, etc.) to attract more new customers and potential partners. Search for topics and create a plan for the next events. Package events (determine the target audience, develop main messages, etc.). Create and implement a plan to attract new potential customers to online events. Prepare technical tasks for the team design (for landing pages, banners, presentations, etc.). Assist speakers in preparing presentations for speeches at webinars and conferences. Engage in moderation during the event. Report on each event and analyze the results of actions to implement improvements in processes. We offer: Payment — rate + monthly bonus. This means that in addition to the fixed market rate, you also have demployment bonus that you can directly influence. Fully flexible work schedule with the possibility to start the working day from 8:00 to 10:00, and end from 17:00 to 19:00. The possibility to work completely remotely or in the office (Odesa, Kyiv and Cherkasy ). Offices are autonomous in case of power outages. Individual and group work with a corporate psychologist.
