And now we are looking for an Event Marketing Manager with experience in organizing and conducting online events, such as webinars and online conferences. The main goal is to attract new customers, potential partners and increase brand recognition. We are looking for a person who can take responsibility, can work on several tasks at the same time and can act effectively independently. At the same time, you will have the support of a team: a PPC specialist, a UI/UX designer and other specialists. Your skills: Hard skills: 1. More than 3 years of experience in the field of marketing. 2. Deep knowledge of lead generation channels. 3. Experience in organizing and holding online events for at least 1 year (conferences, webinars) and offline events for at least two events (conferences, webinars, business breakfasts, etc.). 4. Confident user of Google Analytics and Google Spreadsheets.5. Experience in the formation of technical tasks for designers regarding the creation of landing pages, banners, presentations, etc. 6. Skills of writing quality content (landing pages, newsletters, advertisements). 7. Understanding the basics of working with email marketing tools. 8. Basic experience with Figma and video editing software would be an advantage.9. Knowledge of English at the B1 level for communication with contractors. Soft skills: 1. Attentiveness. The team expects you to: Launch online events (webinars, conferences, etc.) to attract more new customers and potential partners. Search for topics and create a plan for the next events. Event packaging (identification of the target audience , development of main messages, etc.). Preparation of technical tasks for the design team (for landing pages, banners, presentations, etc.).Creation and implementation of a plan to attract new potential clients to online events.Creation and launch of an email newsletter for webinar participants.Assistance to speakers in preparing presentations for speeches at webinars and conferences.Setting tasks for the relevant translators of the country for which the event is being prepared.Moderation during the event. Reporting on each event and analysis of the results of actions for implementationmaking process improvements. As needed: Participation in offline conferences and other events in order to attract more new customers and potential partners. Searching for necessary conferences and other events. Communicating with organizers and ensuring agreements about our participation. Preparation of technical tasks and ordering necessary materials for participation: flyers, business cards , brand names, etc. Assistance to the speaker with the preparation of the presentation and performance at the event.
