Our event direction is growing, orders are increasing, and we are looking for a person who will bring energy, system and creativity to the organization of events.

What is special about working with us?
You are not just "organizing a conference". You will create complex events, which often start with a video clip or website, continue with a bright event, and then live on social networks. Our clients are B2B (business forums, presentations) and B2C (model shows, concerts, master classes, exhibitions). You won't have to be bored.

What you should do (the essence, not the bureaucracy):

  • Capture incoming requests for events and turn them into exciting offers.

  • Organize events "turnkey": from idea to execution (online and offline).

  • Manage the budget, suppliers, logistics and on-site team.

  • Be the link between the client, our videographers, SMM specialists and all contractors.

  • Firefighting and decision-making in real time, because the event is live creature.

What you definitely need for this:

  • Experience in event management from 2 years. Without it, it will be very difficult.

  • Organization and the ability to manage 5-10 tasks at the same time without losing details.

  • Healthy search excitement: the ability to find an unusual host, location or solution.

  • Responsibility and willingness to "carry the box" (literally and figuratively) to the end.

  • A confident user PC (Google Docs or MS Office).

  • Knowledge of the service market (locations, catering, decorations, technology).

What will be a big plus:

  • Understanding the basics video production and SMM (to speak the same language with our specialists).

  • Experience of working with events for various niches (business, fashion, entertainment).

  • Speaking English.
