Event Manager (IT Company) in SKELAR

We are currently looking for an Event Manager in the TENTENS Tech venture company of the SKELAR builder, who will pump the engagement direction and contribute It will help to increase the satisfaction and involvement of employees, will own the organization of internal events and activities and will be able to grow professionally in the field of Communications and engagement. 

You will work closely with Admin, Communications and HR teams to create memorable events that address key business and employee needs.

What do you want? will help to perform well:

— +1 year of experience in organizing corporate events in companies with 100+ employees. It will be great if you have a portfolio with projects that you are proud of;
— Multitasking: you are able to manage several projects at the same time and adhere to deadlines;
— Communicability: you easily establish contact with people and always bring agreements to a result;
— Organizational skills: you know how to plan everything to the smallest detail and find a way out of any situation;
— Creativity: you know how to generate non-standard ideas, develop event concepts and create events that are memorable;
— Insight: you are interested in the world of events, you know what is trending now and what can work well for the CA for which the activity is being prepared.

What you will be able to work on:

— Organization of TENTENS Tech events of various formats: corporate online/offline events for employees, team retrospectives, team building, educational and entertainment events, semi-annual All-hands, business anniversaries, etc.;
— Work on merch and gifts: generating ideas, close cooperation with the designer, working with contractors;
— Planning and control of the event budget;
— Selection and coordination of external contractors (event agencies, locations, catering, technical setup, decor, etc.);
— Administrative support of activities (search, communication, ordering everything necessary).
