Event manager's assistant in Zebra

Advertising agency "Zebra" is looking forAssistant Event Manager for our creative team! We create vibrant and memorable events for our clients and are currently looking for someone to help us bring our wildest ideas to life.

Primary responsibilities:

• Help in organizing events: From the initial idea to the completion of the project.
• Interaction with customers and partners: In order to provide a high level of service.
• Coordinating the work of contractors and suppliers: Ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Solving operational issues: During the preparation and holding of events.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Communication and organization: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team.
• Creative thinking: Ability to generate new ideas and approaches to organizing events.
• Basic PC knowledge: Ability to work with Microsoft Office and Google Docs programs.
• Willingness to learn and develop: Readiness for continuous learning and professional growth.
• < strong style="font-weight: 700">Work experience: Desirable, but not mandatory - the main desire to learn and develop.
