Organization of events in the company: - brainstorming, generation of ideas for events - event budgeting - search for contractors - purchase of necessary equipment - organization of the event itself and direct participation in it - if there is a desire - photo support - coverage of the events held on Instagram - reporting on the event2. Conducting surveys in the middle of the company - evaluation of the events held - feedback - wishes for the next corporate parties3. Office decoration: - generating ideas - purchasing materials - direct decoration4. Ordering branded products: - cooperation with a designer for the development and generation of ideas - finding contractors and ordering products - control of existing products for onboarding and their constant updating as necessary Requirements: Creativity and the ability to work in a team High level of organizational and communication skills Meeting deadlines and attention to details Understanding the corporate market events, locations and contractors Quick response to force majeure situations and the ability to solve them Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas Willingness to grow Flexibility to travel necessary for events.
