Become a part of a company, which organizes affiliate events in EU and Asia from 2020. Coordinate conferences, communicate with partners, and manage contractors. Fluency in English is a must.

International affiliate event agency Conversion Conf is looking for an  Event manager in the event department with a Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position to manage events processes and lead our client’s team with a “can-do” attitude.

You would be responsible for:

• Management of outsource contractors: setting tasks, coordinating with the work of the company’s team, managing the workflow as needed
• Participation in conferences (communication with partners, collection of contacts), presence, management and quality control of the provision of services at company events
• Processing event registration data, sending invitations and coordinating event guests; budgeting the costs of projects and activities on social networks
• All event organization responsibilities
• Issuing invoices and contracts to outsource contractors

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (must have)
• Leadership skills
• Computer literate (Google services, messengers, social media, etc)
• Outgoing personality and smart appearance
• Able to work flexible hours
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
