Event Manager in WHITE DENTAL GROUP

WHITE Dental Group is a distributor of Straumann Group, the Swiss manufacturer of dental implants #1 in the world, and leading solutions in the fields of implantology, digital orthodontics and prevention. 
In 2022, we founded the Dental Help charitable foundation, which helps veterans restore their dental health free of charge. 

The company is actively developing, so we are looking for an event manager who will take over the full cycle of organizing our events - from planning to implementation. We are looking for a person who has experience in organizing events, knows how to plan, define and achieve goals. 

Main duties:

• Participation in planning the calendar of image, educational, partnership and internal events. 

• Organization and conduct of events: recruitment of participants, communication, control of payments, coordination of location, catering, purchases and technical support. 

• Support of offline and online events, control of the availability of demonstration materials. 

• Working with contractors: search, database management, briefing, budgeting and performance control. 

• Administrative support of documents related to events. 

• Logistics control and storage of advertising and educational materials. 

• Preparation of short reports and conclusions on the results of events.

Excellent organizational and communication skills. 

• Responsibility, initiative, attention to details. 

• Experience in organizing events from 1 year. 

• Competent written and spoken Ukrainian. 

• Teamwork, creativity, aesthetic taste and understanding of trends.
