About the employer and position:

For one of our clients from the FMCG industry, we are looking for specialists and managers in the area of planning. We are looking for people who will thrive in a dynamic environment and support with their knowledge and experience activities related to process improvement and optimization. Working for our client, you will have contact with an international environment and the operation of units and warehouses around the Europe.

The manager will be responsible for consolidating and analyzing material forecasts of all company-owned factories across Europe, for the integrity of the R&P forecasting process, its associated KPIs, and for supporting cross-functional teams in implementing actions to reduce R&P supply risk.

Requirements:

• Professional Experience - minimum 5 years in supply planning or material planning.
• Fluent knowledge of English in speech and writing is required, knowledge of other languages ​​is highly valued.
• Knowledge of tools such as: MS Excel, Power BI and the SAP system.
• Deep analytical thinking, strong problem-solving and uncertainty management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to persuade/engage people from different backgrounds, located in different countries and belonging to different teams and business units.

,[Analyzing sales data, market trends and seasonal patterns to accurately forecast demand for raw materials and packaging over the medium term., Planning and placing orders for raw materials and packaging well in advance, taking into account delivery time, minimizing transport costs and minimizing the risk of material shortages., Monitoring the market situation, changes in raw material prices and potential threats to the supply of raw materials (e.g. natural disasters, geopolitical conflicts) and taking preventive actions., Searching for ways to optimize the costs of raw materials and packaging through price negotiations, selection of alternative suppliers and improvement of logistics processes., Maintaining optimal levels of raw materials and packaging in warehouses, minimizing the risk of products expiring and minimizing the costs associated with storing inventories., Close cooperation with production, sales, purchasing and logistics departments to ensure consistency of production plans with the availability of raw materials and packaging., Maintaining accurate data on raw material consumption, inventory levels and forecast production in the company's IT systems., Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations regarding raw material quality, food safety, sustainability and responsible waste management.]
