What should be done?

• Calculate and draw up budgets for the construction or reconstruction of gas stations;
• draw up tender documentation with the determination of the scope of work and costs, analysis of proposals, preparation of reasonable comments, comparison proposals;
• registration and verification of acts of completed works at the construction stage, verification of acts for specialized works;
• compile and verify contractual prices for gas station construction;
• accumulate, process and analyze data on the implementation of the budget and contractual prices;
• systematically monitor market values in the field of construction - installation works, costs material resources and equipment, services in the field of construction.

What do we expect from you?

• Higher education (construction/economics in construction);
• knowledge of current pricing systems in construction, basic building regulations and legislation in the field of construction, labor protection;
• knowledge of standards and technical requirements for gas station construction, broad technical and economic literacy;
• free use of a PC and TK-ISS (AVK-5), Microsoft Office and Project software complexes. The user of the SAP program is ERT.;
• the ability to read and analyze project documentation;
• the ability to describe the composition of works (scope of work) according to the project;
• systematic verification of acts of completed works in commercial form and in the form of TC-ISS (АВК-5);
• experience in the formation of contractual prices and budgets.
• self-organizationation, efficiency orientation, analysis and problem solving, diligence, working with arrays of information, the ability to work in multitasking conditions, the ability to systematize and analyze information.
