You will play a key part in advancing our ERP team’s capabilities and contributing to our global business growth.In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Business Analysts, the Business Process Automation team, the Head of PMO, the IT Director, and the Principal Architect. Your responsibilities will include designing architectural solutions, auditing and reviewing integrations, and refining common approaches to ensure successful project outcomes.This position reports to the Engineering Manager, Antonina, and is ideal for someone motivated by curiosity to optimize solutions, and eager to embrace challenges while fostering team growth. A clear path for progression to an Architect role is available.We are seeking candidates based in Ukraine or Poland.What You Will DoDesign business-aligned architectures and lead technical investigations for optimized ERP solutionsLead workshops, guide the team in evaluating architecture, manage task estimation, perform code reviews, and mentor the ERP team for continuous improvementCollaborate on system integrations to ensure smooth data flow between NetSuite and other platformsProvide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training for effective NetSuite useOptimize system performance, data management, security, and monitoringSupport business process optimization and automationManage technical debt to support scalable solutionsWhat We Look For5+ years of experience with various ERP systems, including NetSuiteProven expertise in building, testing, and managing ERP processes with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and optimizationStrong knowledge of system architecture, design, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with hands-on experience in system integrationTech-agnostic approach, with flexibility to work across various tech stacks and a deep understanding of ETL processesExcellent project management skills with a track record of leading successful ERP implementationsCommitment to high-quality, sustainable development practicesProficiency in English (B2 level or higher)Nice To HaveExperience working with 1CHands-on experience with automation tools and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutionsOur Interview ProcessWe believe in competency-based interviews combined with work samples and we share clear expectations for each element.
