Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to system users
< li>Solution user questions and problems via phone, mail or chat
• Interacting with other company departments to resolve technical issues
• Assisting users with understanding the functionality and capabilities of the system
• Documenting questions and solutions for further analysis and process improvement

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and develop in the field of ERP systems
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with colleagues
• Responsible, self-confident, goal-oriented, able to work in a team, desire to learn and develop
• Ability to work with various sources of information (chat + phone)
