The Project Manager will be responsible for the supervision and successful implementation of the ERP system implementation project, in particular:

For cooperation with interested parties to ensure efficient and effective management of the enterprise transformation project;

Managing the end-to-end planning and delivery process, from project inception to completion, while ensuring high quality standards and on-time delivery;

Use of SDLC and project management tools, implementation of hybrid project delivery methodologies and effective management of team resource plans.

Requirements:

• Understanding of ERP implementation methodology and integrations with other systems;
• Excellent analytical skills, skills to negotiate and solve complex issues;
• Understanding the software development life cycle;
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams;
• Experience in project management of implementation of ERP enterprise-class solutions, including technical projects for upgrades, data migration, integrations;
• Project management certificates;
• English - Intermediate level.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of a software development project, including defining project scope and strategic requirements, roadmap planning, budgeting, design, development, testing;
• Balancing between established business requirements, milestones, project goals, stated deadlines and implementation costs;
• Ensuring the implementation of the project strategy; making management decisions to achieve a timely and high-quality project result;
• Lead and manage project groups (own, other related groups, external partners involved in the project) and ensure operational efficiency;
• Organize the exchange of information between project groups to update status, determine priorities, manage changes, risks and problems;
• Creation and management of collaboration channels between the project team, key business users, stakeholders, representatives and involved IT department specialists;
• Anticipate, monitor, and satisfy the needs, interests, and requests of project stakeholders, as well as provide transparent, regular, and accurate updates and reports on project progress;
• At any point of the project, be responsible for the results to stakeholders
