As ERP project implementation lead, you will act as the bridge between HALO Ukraine and the wider business in the successful implementation of NetSuite ERP. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers and stakeholders and be responsible for co-ordinating tasks and activities within the Ukraine programme for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent communication with all involved parties
Requirements
- A business and finance process-oriented mindset that can seamlessly switch between technology and finance/business concepts.
- Experience of accounting software and processes preferably 1C and NetSuite with an understanding of multi-currency, multi-subsidiary.
- Experience in leading or working within a project team delivering ERP projects.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with a good level of English.
- Creative, inquisitive, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office package
- Good process knowledge of ERP solutions across key financial areas gained either as an end user or as part of implementation team.
- Willingness & capability to learn new solutions at a fast pace
- Knowledge of NetSuite integrations with third-party systems.
Responsibilities
- Assess current Ukrainian financial, procurement and inventory procedures and, from that, assist the project team with the gathering of business requirements to be used with the new ERP system.
- Participate in business process mapping, including process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specifications, system configuration, and the development of system tests, procedures, and documentation.
- Work closely with Ukrainian & HQ finance teams and the ERP Project team to evaluate how system changes will affect workflow, data, and reporting. Recommend changes based on their evaluations and input.
- Work with the Ukraine finance team to identify all types of reporting that will be required from NetSuite and then work with the wider team to develop the reports/dashboards.
- Document, communicate and manage changes that surface during design/discovery and implementation stages.
- Working with the ERP Project Manager, internal stakeholders to identify a key group of core users who will cleanse and migrate data from the old system to the new. Ensure that all data to be converted is sound before the transition
- Working with the ERP Project Manager to identify key super users to be trained and then train others and manage the day-to-day aspects of training and testing of the Finance/Inventory modules before Go Live
- Work with the internal stakeholders and ERP Project team to develop a thorough cutover plan.
- In close collaboration with the ERP Project Manager, update and monitor project status against project plan, communicating with wider stakeholders at scheduled meetings and serve as a central source of projectinformation within the Ukraine programme.
Working conditions
- Primarily office work/remote
- Travel overseas and within the Ukraine as and when required (maximum 3 x 1-week visits per year)
