BAS ERP analyst in BI SMAYL

XDev is aUkrainian IT company specializing in the implementation of ERP systems, automation of business processes, development of communication solutions and chatbots, as well as IT outsourcing, outstaffing and consulting services.

About the position:

Our company is actively developing the ERP direction and is looking for an ERP Analyst BAS who has a deep expertise in accounting, finance and production processes and is ready to participate in complex implementation projects.

Functional duties:

• Collection, analysis and formalization of business requirements in the areas of: accounting and tax accounting / finance and management accounting / production;
• Participation in projects implementation and development of ERPBAS; 
• Formation of functional and technical requirements for developers;
• Description and optimization of business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE);
• Configuration and adaptation of standard functionality BAS;
• Consultations of users and key stakeholders;
• User support at the stages of system launch and operation;
• Quality control of requirements implementation, participation in testing;
• Interaction with developers, accountants, financiers and production units.

Requirements for professional skills:

1. Experience with ERP BAS from 2 years;
2. Deep understanding of accounting and tax accounting, financial processes of the enterprise, production processes (planning, accounting, costing);
3. Practical experience of participation in the implementation of BAS (one or several projects);
4. Experience of writing business requirements, functional and technical tasks;
5. Ability to work with a large number of stakeholders;
6. Analytical thinking, systemic approach, responsibility;

Additional requirements that will be an advantage:

1. Experience in complex ERP implementations (end-to-end);
2. Management experience or mentoring junior analysts;
3. Understanding BAS integrations with other systems;
4. Experience with budgeting, management reporting, cost of production;
5. Experience working in manufacturing companies.
