Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Manager in lifecell

We invite to our team an Manager for environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.

The following interesting tasks await you:

• Coordination and development of the Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) in accordance with IFC PS and EBRD PR standards.
• Management of ESG projects and implementation of the Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP).
• Definition and further monitoring of ESG performance indicators.
• Analysis and management of ESG risks, including evaluation of new projects and current operations.
• Support and development of the corporate climate management framework
• Supporting the process of updating policies and procedures in accordance with the standards of International Financial Institutions.
• Interaction with stakeholders, preparation of ESG reporting and communication with management and external partners.
• Coordinating and conducting internal ESG training and promoting ESG initiatives of the company.

We would like to see you have the following experience and qualities:

• Higher education in the field of sustainable development, ecology, economics, law, engineering or related disciplines.
• 3 years of work experience in ESG positions, environmental management, corporate social responsibility, etc.
• Knowledgeinternational standards on sustainable development, human rights, labor practices and supply chain management.
• Experience in developing ESG policies, implementing programs and preparing sustainable development reports.
• Analytical thinking, strategic vision and strong project management skills.
• Fluency in English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate for communication with shareholders and creditors.
