Your main tasks will be:

• organizing the fulfillment of the requirements of the legislative and regulatory framework of Ukraine in the field of environmental protection , radiation safety and protection and rational use of surface water objects and drinking groundwater in the divisions of the Transport Department;
• providing methodical, practical assistance and consultations to structural divisions; analysis of the state of atmospheric air protection, pounds, radiation safety and waste management, protection and rational use of surface water bodies and drinking groundwater;
• identification of the main problems and preparation of proposals for the management on ways to eliminate the identified shortcomings;
• organization, preparation, including participation, of license documents for obtaining licenses in the field of environmental and radiation safety;
• organization, within competences, fulfillment of license conditions (including special requirements), implementation of activities in the field of environmental and radiation safety and reporting on ix implementation to licensing authorities;
• organization, control and preparation of documents for obtaining special permits and licenses in the field of subsoil use (drinking underground water) and special water use;
• organization and control over the fulfillment of special conditions of special permits;
• drafting of documents to carry out sanitary-epidemiological examination;
• organization and control over the fulfillment of special conditions of permits and reporting on ix implementation; preparation of documents for registration of hazardous factors and design of hazard factor data cards;
• development and control of the implementation of current and prospective plans, programs for environmental protection and radiation safety, preparation of reporting and analytical information based on the results of ix execution;< /li>
• control, preparation, analysis, generalization and, if necessaryness, submission of statistical reporting to interested parties in accordance with the data of state statistical reporting;
• control of accounting in structural subdivisions of extraction and use of potable underground water and water intake from surface water supply sources;
• ensuring control according to the condition of artesian and observation wells, compliance with the requirements of the regime of sanitary protection zones of surface and drinking underground water intakes of water;
• development and control of the implementation of current, prospective plans and measures for monitoring the condition of drinking underground and surface waters, including programs of hydrochemical monitoring of underground and surface waters, preparation of reporting and analytical information based on the results of implementation;
• submission of reports on the implementation of activities related to the circulation of precursors.

We expect from you:

• complete higher technical education in the relevant field of training;
• experience in environmental safety; knowledge of the Law of Ukraine "On Environmental Protection", legislative and regulatory legal acts, methods of studying working conditions at workplaces, the system of labor safety standards, etc.;
• possession of a personal computer at the level of a confident user (Word, Excel);
• competent business Ukrainian language;
• attention and thoroughness in working with documents;
• ordered documents, namely the existing military accounting document according to current legislation, a passport (unexpired) and others.
