The position involves project work under the financing of the Emergency livelihoods project from ACTED. Remuneration: UAH 1,280. per day before taxation Duration of the contract: 3 months with the possibility of extension depending on the results Subordination: Linear and functional: The data collector reports to the Emergency livelihoods project specialist Main duties: Under the guidance of the project specialist, the data collector must: - Thoroughly master and apply basic humanitarian principles in practice.- Comply with internal rules, safety rules and labor discipline ACTED. - Ensure error-free, fast and high-quality entry of documents into the database, after scanning paper media and compiling a list and description of such documents, storage and processing of entered information in accordance with instructions. - Ensure error-free verification of documents for the availability, quality and compliance with ACTED procedures and Ukrainian legislation. - Coordinate your work with the senior project specialist and interact with the data processing assistant, take an active part in discussing plans and work results and any other issues. - Constantly follow the instructions and instructions of the senior specialist project, data collector job description and code of conduct.- Compile progress reports on program implementation.- Develop and maintain individual and core beneficiary assessment databases for assigned project activities;- Support project teams as needed in data cleaning, data processing, data analysis and visualization; - Provide other support to the assigned program team and other teams as needed. documents (checking, archiving, correction) Experience using office equipment (printing, scanning, storage) Knowledge of software: Windows, Word, Excel, Google tools Attention to detail with the ability to notice numerical errors Highly developed teamwork skills Advanced MS Excel skills; Flexibility and ability to adapt to constantly changing needs and responsibilities; Ability to work independently, willingness to learn; Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; Familiarity with the aid system and understanding of donor and government requirements is an advantage; High level of dedication, self-organization and responsibility._______________________________________________________________________________________________ “ACTED has a zero-tolerance approach to sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (SEAH).
