What You'll Be Doing
As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll support the entire hiring process while learning on the job. Your tasks will include:
Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative channels
Screening CVs and conducting initial outreach
Supporting interview coordination and feedback gathering
Market mapping and creating candidate pipelines
Writing compelling outreach messages and job ads
Working closely with senior recruiters on client projects
Learning how recruitment works inside fast-paced, international startups
What We're Looking For
You don’t need years of experience — we’ll teach you the skills you need.
But we are looking for:
Strong communication skills in English (B2+), Ukrainian, and Russian
Curiosity about people, careers, and business
Attention to detail and ability to follow through
Proactivity and a get-things-done mindset
Interest in startups, tech, or creative industries
Bonus: experience in sourcing, recruiting, HR, or client communication (even internships or freelance gigs count!)

Recruitment Steps

Interview (45–60 minutes: A deeper dive into your experience, motivation, and how we might work together.)
10-Day Learning Period (A hands-on onboarding with both theory and real recruitment tasks.)
