Responsibilities
– analyzing the quality of requests and providing feedback for their improvement
– determination of customer needs and selection of appropriate services
– daily productive work with a potential client
– active search for new clients
– negotiation
– preparation of commercial proposals
– customer support and control
– implementation of sales plans
Requirements
– English Upper-Intermediate level or higher
– ability to determine customer needs
– ability to build trusting relationships with clients
– excellent communication skills
– the ability to support the full cycle of a deal with a client
– performance, punctuality, responsibility, sociability, client orientation, ability to work in a
team
– orientation to the result
– important: Experience in sales, in the field of IT-Services/Telecommunications, at least two
years
– knowledge/experience in A2P messaging wholesale is a plus
