Join us in creating a vibrant linguistic landscape at Boosta, where professional development and language mastery converge!Your responsibilities will be:· Conduct group online English language classes according to the schedule.· Propose new/different formats of teaching.· Prepare materials for classes in accordance with the curriculum.· Monitor attendance of sessions.· Track the learning progress of each student and analyze the effectiveness of knowledge acquisition.· Participate in organizing educational events like speaking clubs.· Tailor and conduct courses for specific purposes (English for SEO, English for HR, etc.). What we expect from you: · Previous experience teaching English as a second language (ESL) or English for specific purposes (ESP) is beneficial.· Possession of a teaching certification, such as TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, DELTA.· The ability to tailor teaching methods and materials to meet the specific needs and goals of the corporate learners.· Familiarity with educational technology and the ability to integrate it into lessons: Zoom, Kahoot, FigJam, etc.· Being aware of various teaching methodologies and tools, including proficiency in authentic communication teaching methods, familiarity with modern textbooks from Oxford, Cambridge, National Geographic.How it works:· Stage 1: pre-screen with a recruiter.· Stage 2: interview.· Stage 3: test task.· Stage 4: reference check.· Stage 5: job offer!A trial period for this position - 3 months.What we offer:· 28 Business Days of Paid Time Off per year (after 3 months of cooperation).· Flexible working hours and remote work.· Medical insurance and mental health support.· Compensation for courses, trainings.· English classes and speaking club.· Internal library, educational events.· Outstanding corporate parties, teambuildings.
