Installation of engineering systems:

SCS, video surveillance, SKuD, security alarm system, power supply, electric lighting.

Requirements:

    Availability of implemented construction objects (from the "zero" phase to the commissioning of the object) according to SCS, video surveillance, SKuD;
    Higher technical education;
    Ability to manage assembly crews.
    Personal qualities: stress resistance, goal-oriented, active, responsible, demanding.

Responsibilities:

    Construction project management from the moment of concept development to putting into operation;
    Participation in the development of the project concept, development and approval of design solutions;
    Planning and control of design and construction works;
    Preparation and collection all documentation necessary for the construction of the facility; Minimization of project implementation costs and efficiency analysis; Control of the project budget and financing schedule; Procurement planning (equipment, building materials and services);
Monitoring and control of construction stages, compliance with object quality indicators; organizations);
    Optimization of operating costs (at all stages of the project).
