Engineer of the production planning department in ACINO Ukrayina

A team of professionals for the production of medicines according to the latest technologies and international quality standards, invites to work as an engineer in the production planning department.

Main duties and tasks:< /strong>

• Production planning taking into account sales plans, available production capacity and maintaining a sufficient level of insurance stocks of GLS in Ukrainian and CIS warehouses using Excel and SAP EP1, SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) .
• Administration in SAP EP1 and SAP APO Material Management – ​​maintenance of production recipes and production options, their systematic updating of the correspondingly achieved results.
• Update of equipment and personnel time standards in SAP EP1 ( SAP APO).
• Development and management of production plans-schedules in Excel and SAP APO.
• Coordinate technological and planned orders created by the system for "BULK" and "Finish goods" in the SAP system EP1,  SAP APO;
• Formation of reporting, analysis of the implementation of production plans in the established form and within the specified time.
• Formation of priorities for the quality control department for the certification of GLS.
• li>Formation of a report on production downtime.
• Update of sales forecasts on a monthly basis and within the budget.
• Calculation of the level of defects.
• Update of work standards and production recipes as part of the annual review of the cost of medical care.
