What we will assign you:

• Responsible for eliminating problems in the functioning of the software providing within the available functions of poultry breeding and processing factories (WMS QGUAR, SKD Inttex, APS, Kontekst, Uniforce, FarmConnect, OpenSCADA)
• Responsible for eliminating problems in the functioning of integrations between the software and the functioning of reporting, which uses information from production software within the limits of appropriate access
• Advise users on working with production software
• Responsible for defining the needs of users of IT systems for managing factory production
• Consult IT engineers of the first line of support at enterprises to eliminate basic problems with software
• Participate in the processes of improvement and changes of existing software (identification and analysis of requirements, development of technical tasks, testing of implemented changes)
< li>Administer roles of access rights to production software not included in Active Directory groups
• Configure, support, administration of current production processes MES and WMS production systems
• Interact with third-party contractors, providing advanced software support;
• Participate in setting up production equipment (TSD, scales, stations) that interacts with production software
• Develop instructions for working with production      software.
