Main tasks:

• Collection, analysis and processing of information in the procurement automation system.
• Preparation of reports on procurement activities.
• Update of data in the APS Tender system.
• Interaction with departments regarding the operation of the electronic procurement system.
• Consultations of APS users Tender, processing requests and providing solutions.
• Analysis of software operation, communication with developers.
• Conducting tests, identifying deficiencies and controlling their elimination.
• Creating instructions for users and training.
• Compilation of technical tasks, reports, protocols, instructions, presentations.
• Organization of informational meetings and support of communication with users.

• Higher education (technical, economic or legal).
• Work experience of 3 years or more in the field of procurement.
< li>Practical experience of working with information systems: Prozorro, APS Tender, ERP/CRM.
• In-depth knowledge of legislationin procurement and a basic understanding of the principles of the energy industry.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of information, formulate conclusions and develop recommendations.
• MS Office: High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Power Query: Knowledge will be a significant advantage.
• Experience in creating technical documentation, instructions and training materials.
• High level of communication skills to effectively interact with by users.
• Analytical and systemic thinking, attention to details.
• Initiative, responsibility, ability to work in multitasking conditions.
