The company opens a new direction for development - the manufacture of glamping houses. Glamping is an interesting, modern and fashionable destination for recreation in nature. Glamping is wildly popular among tourists in Europe and the United States, and since 2019 it has started to gain momentum in Ukraine as well.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD programs , Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop, the Adobe product line, MS Project, etc.
• Experience in project development at all stages of design, a portfolio is a must.
• High level of detail and development of drawings, visualizations.
• Knowledge of building regulations, modern trends in exterior and interior design, knowledge of modern decoration and building materials and construction technologies (residential premises).
• The ability to calculate constructions.
• Having experience working with wood-frame structures will be an advantage.
• Creative thinking, the ability to go beyond the limits standard solutions. responsibility, attention to details.
• Higher professional education.

Responsibilities:

• Development all stages of project documentation.
• Development of the idea. Development of models. Development of visualizations. Completeness of the module.
• Development of conceptual solutions of the design project.
• Qualitative development of the architectural section of the project at all stages of design
• Selection of materials for production.
• li>Compilation of the design task and technical task.
• Development of the technical task for production.
• Determining the scope of work and project implementation terms.
• Checking design solutions to comply with the technical tasks.
• Participation in negotiations with the Customer during the development of individual orders.
• Control of compliance with design norms and standards.
• Control of the phasing of the work performed and the efficiency of the use of materials .
• Creation of turnkey projects.

Working conditions:

• Official employment from the first day jobs;
