The national energy company "UKRENERGO" invites an engineer

Main tasks:

• Performing analytical work: monitoring the current situations and process forecasting: study of various factors (for example, such as supply and demand on the market, existing trends, etc.), analysis of results, development of recommendations.
• Participation in loading/unloading operations for goods supplied for the production purposes of Vinnytsia Electrotechnology.
• Receipt of goods at warehouses/suppliers' bases.
• Dispatch of goods for internal/external customers.
• Control of receipt and shipment of equipment and TMCs, which are supplied as humanitarian aid for the needs of the enterprise.
• Formation, maintenance and storage of a database of financial and economic information.  
• Preparation of enterprise activity plans (monthly, quarterly, annual) regarding the supply of structural units with materials, components, and fuel;
• Preparation of basic technical requirements for the purchase of materials, raw materials and materials necessary for manufacturing products , generalization and systematization of applications for the supply of materials.
• Searching for suppliers, contractors, conducting marketing research.
• Monitoring the execution of concluded contracts.
• Forming/signing of relevant primary documents, payment invoices, invoices, TTN, etc.
• Preparation of reporting information.

Qualification requirements:

• Full university.  
• Responsibility and organization.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Readiness for business trips.

Work mode *Mon – Thursday - from 7.30 to 16.30, Fri - from 7.30 to 14.00. Sat - Sun - days off.
